Flowering Thunder

It is said that there's only one thing that you can see and hear that is beautiful and frightening at the same time, and that is a thunder storm. For me, dreams are a thunder storm. To reach my dream I will see many frightening experiences. But the beautiful sound of happiness that echoes all over keeps me going to reach my dream; my Flowering Thunder. My Blog will include a variety of ideas regarding teaching, fun quotes and personal experiences!

Mariam kaddoura

I am an English teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from the Lebanese International University. This year I am teaching and studying at the same time. I want to get my masters in education to dive deeper into the teaching world. Teaching is certainly my passion.

About Me

Flowering Thunder
After I graduated high school in Canada, I came back to Lebanon and joined the freshman program at the Lebanese International University. During that year, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. However, getting high marks in the English courses made me realize that English was my strength. That’s why I joined the school of education and decided to become an English teacher. I am happy with the choice I made; I don’t think I would have been able to succeed in any other major the way I did in the TESL major. English sure is my favorite language and teaching is my passion. I hope I’ll be as successful as the teachers who taught me and made me truly understand the true definition of a true educator.
